JOB PURPOSE

The planner/senior planner plays a key role in growing client’s brand   throughout discovering, defining and clarifying the truths that drive our   creative solutions and curate the consumer journey across all relevant   channels so as to help us make a difference in our client’s business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Ensure fully understand client needs from   account team and clearly brief to creative team client’s problem, insight and   solution;

  • Analyze market data and research findings to   develop insights into the category, brand and consumer and inspire creative   ideas through workshops;

  •  Monitor and interpret cultural and social   trends relevant to client’s business to bring consumer insights to life;

  •  Analyse competitive communications to identify   unique positioning opportunities;

  • Actively lead and involve in new business and   brand strategy pitching;

Authorities/RESOURCE

  • Bachelor or above degree is required;

  •  3-5 years or above experience in advertising   agency, PR agency, market research agency or client side;

  •  Digital background is preferred;

ATTRIBUTES

  • Able to handle clients independently;

  • Excellent communication and interactive skills;

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written   and oral, able to convincingly write and present strategic plans and   presentations);

  •  Skills in tools like PowerPoint, keynote, etc. to   build compelling presentations.
