职位描述 Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Lead and maintain a  strong account service team from strategy development to solution delivery;

2. Leading new business  pitch, achieve targets and client's objective;

3. Develop innovative, strategic, creative proposals according to clients' needs, take accurate client briefs, ultimately responsible for its implement on time;

4. Establish and maintain positive client relationships, develop senior-level client relationship & potential client database for new business approach;

5. Maintain and develop account existing business, identify new business opportunities, contribute to company revenue targets;

6. Assign prescribed activities within a program to members of account teams;

7. Manage account teams and oversee all account servicing, control quality;

8. Monitor programs to ensure it's carried out within budget and timetable representations;

9. Review and approve all key product prior to client submission;

10. Ensure that department adheres to budget parameters, control P & L of projects and team expenses;

11. Develop and maintain healthy and good relationships with and between team members;

12. Actively manage and motivate professional and administrative staffs;

13. Oversee staff and team development including coaching, mentoring.

 Job Requirements

1. Minimum of 6 years experience within digital,social media;

2. Proven experience in a senior Account Manager above position of agency will be an advantage;

3. Outgoing, independent, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills;

4. Strong leadership and team management, multi-tasking flair;

5. Strategic and creative thinker;

6. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin speaking is a must;
